After months of inaction, both in the Yuma sector and in the Coronado National Forest, the Department of Justice takes action. The state of Arizona is being sued to halt construction. It remains to be seen where this goes. Will it result in the container wall being dismantled and the damage to the environment repaired? We are watching.
